Halloween | Doggy Style

by Peddy the dog.

Get ready guys and gals... Halloween is here!

Halloween presents the opportunity to incorporate your favourite more-is-more runway hair and makeup moments into your costume.
While you are dealing with your slicked-back hair, bleeding lips look and your smoked sunken eyes, don't you dare leave me behind! If you’re not creative crafty, fashioning a unique Halloween costume that sets you apart from the pack of party-store drones could pose a problem. Thankfully, there’s an army of skilled crafters and artisans who are willing and able to bring your fantasy to life.

One thing I have to warn you, I'm not the biggest fans of Halloween. Perhaps it’s the clothing we squeezed into that make the party looks less glamorous.. So, think carefully of choosing my costume this year… Please, no stupid pumpkin costume this time!

MOVIE INSPIRATION

Scary movies and psychological horrors have become big business in the world of Hollywood by creating terrifying tales designed to push our deepest fears and shock us to the core. There have been a number of iconic horror movies which have been embedded into our minds and characters who still send chills down our spine. These terrifying creatures translate into fantastic costumes, yes, also for the doggy community.

ZOMBIES, SKELETONS AND IN BETWEEN

Feeling hungry? Zombie costumes offer all the fun of looking like a zombie with none of the mess of eating brains. Sewn zombie, sexy skeleton or a Zoodle (Zombie Poodle), you can have lots of fun with colourful sprays (make sure they're un-toxic though) and still show off with your own gorgeous figure.

WELCOME TO THE FREAK SHOW

Beginning in the late 19th century up until the 1970s, the circus often featured a human freak sideshow, which showcased people who suffered from extreme physical abnormalities. From creepy circus couture to freaky Art, the Freak Show has already inspired a ton of great Halloween ideas. This is the most creative category, so think wild!

So... Got inspired? Great, go pamper your dog. Though, flooded with ideas, I'm a little confused right now. Would you give me a paw, and help me choose my halloween costume already?
